Who handles your data?

What does this website collect?

Nothing on its own. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, and no external fonts or scripts are loaded. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored locally by your browser; it never reaches us. For security purposes, the hosting server keeps the usual short-lived access log (IP address, time, page requested).

The contact form

If you send a message, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message, and, for security reasons, the time of sending and your IP address. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We keep the message until your enquiry is closed, but for no longer than one year. We don't send newsletters, and we don't pass your data on.

Who has technical access?

The website is operated by a hosting provider, and our email is handled by Google Workspace. They act as data processors, on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to restrict its processing. To do so, write to info@30km.hu. If you feel we have violated your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu).
